Controllers
Leistera is a product of KI-Unlocked, Zurich. Contact: terence@ki-unlocked.com.
For operations at the customer, client and KI-Unlocked settle roles (controller / processor) in contract before start.
What data?
On this website: language choice, cookie decision, technical access logs at the page host.
In the product once you use it: sources you grant (for example SharePoint read), questions, drafts, citation logs. Only documents the asking person is allowed to see.

Where is data processed?
This website runs on Vercel. Product operations, where your files hang, sit in Switzerland or the EEA: Infomaniak or Azure Switzerland North, agreed before start.
Models (Anthropic, OpenAI, Mistral) are swappable. Which ones run in your tenant sits in the contract. Without agreement, no project files go to a model.
Cookies
leistera-locale: stores DE or EN so the home page does not re-guess on every visit. 12 months, SameSite=Lax.
leistera-consent: stores “necessary only” or “got it”. 12 months. This build has no analytics or advertising cookies.
