1. Parties

The provider is KI-Unlocked (Terence La), Zurich, Switzerland. Contact: terence@ki-unlocked.com.

Leistera is the product. The contracting party is KI-Unlocked.

2. Service

Leistera is an AI workspace for planning offices: the valid edition from the archive, a draft in the Word template, sign-off in the office.

Outputs are drafts. Professional review and signature stay with the customer. Leistera is not liable for an award or for the correctness of a submitted proposal.

3. Customer duties

The customer provides the files, reviews every draft, and decides on submission.

Access is personal. The customer ensures only authorised people use the system.

4. Fees

Price and term are set in the individual offer. Without an offer, no ongoing contract arises.

5. Hosting

The public site runs on Vercel (USA, edge). Swiss product hosting (Infomaniak or Azure Switzerland North) is the target, not the current live host.

6. Liability

We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence. For slight negligence only where a material contractual duty is breached, limited to foreseeable damage and at most the fees paid in the last twelve months.

No liability for a lost award, lost profit, or data loss, to the extent permitted by law.

7. Term and termination

Term and notice sit in the offer. Extraordinary termination for cause remains reserved.

After the contract ends we delete or return customer data per the privacy notice and the DPA.

8. Law and venue

Swiss law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

Venue is Zurich, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
