Create a fee proposal with AI: from tender brief to draft

You upload the tender brief, Leistera does the groundwork. It reads the requirements, finds the matching references in your archive and writes the first draft in your Word template. Every figure and every statement is cited, down to the page. You review and approve, as before.

How the draft is produced

  1. Read the tender brief.

Leistera reads the brief and extracts the requirements, deadlines and eligibility criteria, including from scanned PDFs and drawings.

  2. Which edition applies?

For each requirement, Leistera checks which edition of SIA, ASTRA, VSS or the cantonal rules applies, and cites the page.

  3. References from your archive.

Matching past projects, references and documents come from your own folders on SharePoint or OneDrive, not from a generic template.

  4. A draft in your template.

The fee proposal is delivered as a Word file in your layout, structured by service phase, with a source index. Open points are flagged.

What you receive

  • A proposal draft in your Word template, editable like any other draft.
  • The source for every statement: document, edition, page.
  • A list of open points where evidence is missing or your input is needed.
  • The matching references from your archive, placed in the draft where they belong.

References and project sheets come from your archive

In many procurements, references and key people decide eligibility. Leistera searches your archive for the projects that match the tender brief and brings them into the draft. For every reference you see which document it came from, and you remove or add before anything leaves your firm.

The tender text is produced the same way

If you write the other side, the route is the same in reverse: from the room programme, preliminary design and the valid requirements, Leistera drafts the specification and tender text with the same citations. You define the service; Leistera keeps the basis together.

How much time it saves

Our figure is that proposal preparation drops from roughly 30 hours to roughly 3 hours per tender brief. That is our figure, not an independent measurement. In the pilot we measure the hours at your firm, before and after, so you can prove it with your own numbers.

Common questions

Does the AI replace our professionals?

No. Leistera does the groundwork: reading, searching, citing, drafting. Professional review, approval and signature stay with the responsible person at your firm.

What does Leistera need from us?

Your archive as it is, on SharePoint, OneDrive or your file server, and your Word template. Your folders stay where they are. Access is read-only.

How do I know the statements are correct?

Every statement in the draft carries a source with document, edition and page. If evidence is missing, it says “not found” instead of inventing a statement.

Does it work for architecture firms?

Yes. Architecture firms add building applications and building descriptions; engineering and building-services firms use the SIA 103 and 108 fee proposal. The route is the same.

What does Leistera cost?

Pricing depends on firm size and document volume and is quoted in the demo.
